The Foundation Promotion of Studies was established to help priests and seminarians from all over the world. Many students from around the world, studied and graduated as priests thanks to the donations of thousands of people who, generously have donated to foundations like FPS.

Father Douglas Bohórquez Sandoya, is One of the recipients of a scholarship to study at the Catholic University of Navarra, Spain.

Today Fr Douglas is a Professor of Social and Matrimonial Morality at the Major Seminary of his country

Scholarship Recipients

One of the main reasons Foundation Promotion Studies St. Vianney was established in 2021 was to compensate for the greater areas of the poorest countries that struggle with Spiritual Education and support.

Since 2018, before I was engaged to create the Foundation, a priest my brother came to visit in Florida.

Since then we have dedicated a lot of man-hours and invested countless resources to this cause, and hope you will help us to continue these efforts.

Priesthood

One of our goals is to ensure that our scholarship recipients receive the highest level of education to be well prepared to serve with their heart, the most vulnerable and at-risk groups in their countries of origin.

With your generous donations, you have the capacity to help us in our endeavour of Fighting Poverty.

How to Help

There are many ways to help. First of all and very important, pray! Pray for all the ones that desire to become priests. With the passing of the years, there are less and fewer priests. Therefore your prayers will help us.
